Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function “Cancel contract” provided on our website.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.

In the case of properly sealed fragrance samples or fragrance sets, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the protective seal provided for this purpose is removed or damaged after delivery and the legal requirements of Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met in the specific case.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The mere selection of a regularly offered size or variant does not automatically lead to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
